These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nomadriel website (nomadriel.com) and all content, materials, and services available through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Nomadriel Records is the trade name representing the Nomadriel music project. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Nomadriel Records. For all enquiries, you can reach us at [email protected].

Nomadriel is an independent music project. The website serves as the official home for the artist, the Infinite Latitude album series, associated narrative worlds, and related creative works. Content on this site is artistic and narrative in nature and should be understood in that context.

The Infinite Latitude series is a work of music and storytelling. Destinations, journeys, characters, vehicles, and related elements described or depicted are part of a deliberate artistic universe — some of which are wholly fictional and some of which draw on real places visited by the artist. Where something is presented as fictional, it should be understood as such.

REFIKA. The vintage grand tourer named "Refika" — depicted on this site and in associated creative works including music, video, photography, and written narrative — is a wholly fictional character and vehicle created by Nomadriel Records as an original artistic work.

Refika is not a real vehicle and has never existed as a physical automobile. She is a fictional companion figure, part of the Nomadriel creative universe, brought to life through original imagery, video production, music, and storytelling.

Refika is not based on, derived from, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any real manufacturer, marque, brand, model, automotive company, coachbuilder, designer, or trademark, past or present. Any visual resemblance to real vehicles in photographs or video is incidental. The character of Refika, her name, her narrative role, and her depiction as a creative entity are original works owned by Nomadriel Records.

The name "Refika" (رفيقة) is a common Arabic and Turkish given name meaning companion, friend, or travel partner. Its use here is as a character name in an original work of art and carries no trademark claim to the name itself.

The broader universe. All original narrative elements of the Nomadriel universe — including but not limited to characters, place descriptions, journey narratives, fictional lore, album concepts, and the Infinite Latitude series as a whole — are original creative works. They are not representations of fact except where explicitly stated. Artistic licence has been exercised throughout.

No infringement intended. We have taken care to ensure that original creative works on this site do not infringe the intellectual property of third parties. If you believe that any content infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

All content on this site — including but not limited to music, audio recordings, lyrics, photographs, video, artwork, illustrations, text, design, and the Nomadriel name and wordmark — is owned by or licensed to Nomadriel Records and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (for example, fair use or fair dealing for personal, educational, or non-commercial commentary purposes).

Press and media professionals may use provided press assets for editorial coverage of Nomadriel. Such use must credit the artist appropriately. For press enquiries, contact [email protected].

Music distributed through streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, Amazon Music, and others) is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. Pre-save, streaming, and purchase links on this site are provided for your convenience and direct you to third-party services we do not control.

Streaming and download of music through third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' terms of service. We hold the rights to the recordings and compositions and have licensed them for distribution through authorised channels.

By subscribing to the Nomadriel newsletter, you consent to receive occasional email communications regarding new releases, destination unlocks, and related news. Subscription is processed via ConvertKit (Kit) using a double opt-in process. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

We will not send frequent messages, will not share your address with third parties for marketing purposes, and will not use your subscription for anything other than direct Nomadriel communications. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle subscriber data.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. You must not use the site to transmit unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its underlying infrastructure.

If you contact us by email or through any form on this site, you grant us permission to use your message for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not publish, share, or otherwise use personal correspondence without your consent.

We do not currently operate any public comment sections, forums, or user-generated content features. If such features are added in future, separate terms will apply.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content on the site.

Fictional and narrative content on this site is artistic in nature and expressly not warranted as factually accurate. It is intended to be experienced as art.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nomadriel Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or its content, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

This site contains links to third-party websites including streaming platforms, social media, and service providers. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Visiting external links is at your own discretion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
